Sandra Love is a Miami-born entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and advocate for self-love and empowerment. Of Haitian descent, Sandra's parents, Marie P. Dagrin from Jacmèl and Wilfrid Saintjean from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, moved to the United States seeking a better life. Sandra, the third child on her mother’s side and the fourth on her father’s side, was known as the “miracle” baby. During her mother’s pregnancy, doctors advised an abortion to save her life, but her parents, supported by their unwavering faith, chose to give birth. This decision proved to be life-changing, marking the beginning of Sandra’s journey of resilience and purpose.
Growing up, Sandra felt uniquely called to express herself creatively. She found solace in writing poetry, designing, and occasionally singing. Her deep love for art and self-expression laid the foundation for her future endeavors. After high school, Sandra pursued her dreams by studying business and fashion design at American Intercontinental University, building on her natural creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
Sandra’s life took a pivotal turn in 2013 when she found herself in a painful and abusive marriage. Facing physical, verbal, and emotional abuse, Sandra went through a dark and challenging period, enduring the hardships of a divorce and struggling in silence. Yet in 2014, Sandra made the conscious decision to reclaim her life and focus on healing. Through self-love, prayer, and perseverance, she realized that healing began with loving herself the right way.
In 2015, Sandra founded Walking In Love Ministries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through self-love and teaching the principles of Agape (unconditional love). Her ministry grew rapidly, impacting the lives of many, and in 2016, she launched her first major event, From Bitter to Better, which became a transformative experience for women.
In 2018, Sandra achieved a significant milestone by winning the title of Ms. Haiti International 2018 at the International Pageant. However, in 2021, Sandra faced unimaginable loss, losing both her grandmother and sister to COVID-19 within days of each other. In the midst of grieving, she also faced health complications and a diagnosis of postpartum depression. Despite the overwhelming challenges, Sandra found the strength to overcome these obstacles, growing stronger in her faith and resilience.
Today, Sandra Love is a certified motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and advocate for domestic violence awareness. She is the owner of Bella Beauty Lounge Inc. and the creator of the Fashion Express App, available on both iOS and Android platforms. Sandra is also a sought-after speaker and host, inspiring others with her story of perseverance, healing, and self-love. She has appeared on numerous podcasts, including Fresh and Fit, and served as a co-host for The Urban Gospel Show on WHIM radio.
With over 247k followers on Instagram, Sandra is an influential voice in the world of self-empowerment, inspiring others to embrace their worth and pursue their purpose. Sandra’s motto, “The moment I started loving myself, I found my purpose,” reflects her unwavering belief that self-love is the foundation of personal transformation.
Sandra Love continues to inspire and make a difference in the lives of women and men alike. Whether she’s speaking at an event, hosting a conference, or sharing her journey on social media, Sandra’s mission remains clear: to empower others to never lose themselves in the face of adversity and to always choose love—starting with themselves.
